Philip Z. Weisberg, CFA
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Weisberg has been the Company's Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 2000.
Before joining FXall, Mr. Weisberg was a Managing Director at Lab Morgan, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s e-finance incubator, where he worked on the development of various client targeted portal efforts. Mr. Weisberg joined J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in 1989 and held various positions in derivative trading in New York and London before managing currency derivatives globally. Mr. Weisberg has received numerous awards and other recognition, including Institutional Investor's 2011 "Tech 50" list of top innovators in financial technology, FX Week's 2011 e-FX Achievement Award.
Mr. Weisberg received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union for Science and Art in 1989 and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and International Business from New York University in 1998.
John W. Cooley
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cooley has been the Company's Chief Financial Officer since its inception in 2000.
Prior to joining FXall, Mr. Cooley was HSBC's Chief Administrative Officer for Global Fixed Income, with responsibilities for planning and strategy, including e-business. Previously, he was HSBC's Managing Director and head of Debt Capital Markets and Syndicate in New York. Before joining HSBC in 1996, Mr. Cooley spent 13 years with J.P. Morgan where he held positions in Fixed Income Syndicate, Structured Finance, Private Placements and Investment Banking.
Mr. Cooley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale University in 1982; and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University in 1987.
Steve Rubinow
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Rubinow is responsible for leading the company's technology operations globally. Mr. Rubinow is a leading technology executive with more than 25 years of experience across a variety of industries. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of business and technology topics at conferences all over the world. Mr. Rubinow was named by Computerworld as one of 2012's "Premier 100 IT Leaders," and has been recognized as one of the top 10 CIOs on Wall Street in 2010 by Securities Technology Monitor magazine, recognized as one of the top CIOs on Wall Street in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 by Wall Street & Technology magazine, and received an InfoWorld Award as leader of one of the top 100 IT projects of 2009.
Prior to joining FXall, Mr. Rubinow worked in executive technology roles at NYSE Euronext, Inc., Archipelago Holdings, Inc., NextCard, Inc, AdKnowledge, and Fidelity Investments. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles with Budget Rent a Car and Quaker Oats. He served on the adjunct faculty in Computer Science at DePaul University from 1986 to 1994, where he taught undergraduate and graduate classes in database technology and analytic systems.
Mr. Rubinow earned B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry and a M.B.A. at the University of Illinois as well as a M.. in Computer Science at DePaul University. He sits on a number of advisory boards for academic and technology organizations.
James F.X. Sullivan
General Counsel
Mr. Sullivan has been the Company's General Councel since March 2001.
Before joining FXall, Mr. Sullivan worked in the legal department at J.P. Morgan, where he most recently represented Lab Morgan, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s e-finance incubator. Previously at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Sullivan served as a transactional and securities advisor with responsibility for public finance, fixed income, emerging markets, complex structured finance and credit and equity derivative products. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Sullivan was an attorney with the law firm of Schulte Roth and Zabel.
Mr. Sullivan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Brooklyn College in 1976 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Virginia School Of Law in 1982.
James E. Kwiatkowski
Global Head of Sales
Mr. Kwiatkowski is responsible for the global sales organization overseeing FXall's relationships with new and existing clients across the Americas, Asia and EMEA. He joined the company as Head of Sales, Americas in March 2007.
Before joining FXall, Mr. Kwiatkowski worked at electronic trading platform FutureTrade from November 2002 to February 2007, where he led the global sales, services and marketing functions and was responsible for negotiating partnerships with third-party distributors. Prior to FutureTrade, Mr. Kwiatkowski held senior management positions at several financial technology companies including Bridge, where he ran their Global Accounts program, and Reuters, where he was involved in launching Reuters Matching.
Mr. Kwiatkowski received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science in 1986 and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business in 1991.
James Watson
Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
Mr. Watson is responsible for our regional offices in London and Zurich. He is an electronic trading and technology veteran with 30 years of experience in the banking, interdealer broker and technology vendor space who joined FXall in 2012.
Before FXall, Mr. Watson was Executive Director of Sales for Equity Electronic Products at Morgan Stanley. Previously, he held a variety of leadership positions in electronic sales at Societe Generale Corporation and Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Watson was also Global Head of Sales and Support at GFI Group, where he was responsible for managing the FENICS FX options business, following it acquisition. Mr. Watson's prior experience comprised sales leadership positions at various technology companies, including Bridge/Telerate and Reuters America. He has a business administration degree from Canberra Institute of Technology.
Jonathan Woodward
Head of Asia-Pacific
Mr. Woodward is responsible for our regional offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and India. He joined FXall in 2008 to open our Australia Office and has successfully expanded our footprint since his arrival.
Before joining FXall, Mr. Woodward was involved in launching two new equity multilateral trading facilities, Chi-X and Equiduct, in business development functions. Prior to that, he held variety of roles in Asian business development, product management and sales within Global Link, State Street's multi-asset class e-trading platform including FX Connect. Additionally Jonathan worked for Bridge in Asia managing FX, equity, futures & commercial paper trading and information services.
Karen Phillips
Head of Services, Americas
Ms. Phillips is responsible for the client and bank relationship management teams for the Americas and is focused on driving business growth from the existing client base. She joined FXall in 2001 shortly after the platform was launched. She has worked in Sales and Relationship Management and in 2006 was promoted to Head of Services in the Americas. Prior to joining FXall, Ms. Phillips worked in the foreign exchange, energy, and interest rate derivatives markets.
Ms. Phillips received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
John Ashworth
Global Head of Enterprise Solutions
Based in London, Mr. Ashworth is responsible globally for FXall's technology and white label solutions business.
Mr. Ashworth is an experienced leader of 'fintech' businesses and joins from Technology for Markets which he co-founded and which develops finteract®, a real-time collaboration tool for the derivative markets. He previously served as CEO of FENICS Software, the company which developed the foreign exchange options market standard pricing tool. John started his career with 12 years at IBM in technology, sales and management roles.
Mr. Ashworth received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from London University (QMC) in 1981.
Tom San Pietro
Head of Product Management
Mr. San Pietro is responsible for leading all aspects of FXall's trading products including Aggregator, Mid Book, Order Book and Bank Stream venues, and trade workflow solutions products including QuickTrade, Portfolio OMS, Collaborative Dealing, Settlement Center, Customer OMS and Treasury Center, bringing together the expertise and resources to meet the needs of investors, corporate treasurers, professional traders and liquidity providers. Mr. San Pietro joined FXall from LavaFX where he was Chief Executive Officer. Mr. San Pietro has over 15 years of trading technology experience and deep industry knowledge.
During Mr. San Pietro's career, he developed and managed FX applications for margin trading, settlement, order management, ecommerce, and prime brokerage.
Prior to joining FXall and LavaFX, Mr. San Pietro worked in a variety of capacities either as a consultant, vendor or employee for Barclays Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstien, Deutsche Bank, and JPMorgan Chase.
Quito Zuba
Global Head of Trading Operations
Mr. Zuba is responsible for taking FXall's operations to the next level by identifying and implementing process and technical changes to its sophisticated trading infrastructure required to keep up with growth and to remain in compliance with best practices and regulations. Within this role, Mr. Zuba manages FXall's 24 hour global support and services teams to enable them to respond to client inquiries across all FXall products and to ensure system availability meets client expectations.
Mr. Zuba joined the company in 2010. Before joining FXall, Quito spent four years as Head of Global Trading Operations at Instinet. From 2003-2006, he was a Managing Director at White Cap Trading and prior to that, he ran the New York technical operations for Townsend Analytics.
Mr. Zuba received a BA in History from the University of Utah in 1995.
Lenore Kantor
Head of Marketing and Communications
Ms. Kantor oversees advertising, brand management, internal and external communications, including media relations. She works directly with the internal sales, product management, account management and technology teams, as well as our providers and vendors to promote FXall's services and value proposition.
Ms. Kantor's experience in institutional financial services and electronic trading included marketing executive positions at the International Securities Exchange (ISE) and The Bank of New York's institutional brokerage business. Most recently, Ms. Kantor was Executive Director of Marketing Communications for Morgan Stanley's Global Wealth Management business.
Ms. Kantor was previously a Board Member of the Financial Communications Society and received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Andrew Posen
Head of Investor Relations
As Head of Investor Relations, Mr. Posen is responsible for FXall’s interaction with the investment community. Mr. Posen joined FXall in March 2012 from Evercore Partners, an investment bank, where he served as Vice President and Head of Investor Relations, and oversaw Evercore’s management reporting, cash management and corporate insurance functions. Mr. Posen has over 18 years of experience in the financial services and healthcare industries including 10 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was most recently Executive Director of Investor Relations. He also held positions at Morgan Stanley in Institutional Marketing and Finance.
Mr. Posen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from McMaster University and a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of British Columbia.
Jody Tracey
Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Tracey is responsible for leadership development, employee training, performance management and benefits administration. She joined FXall from IntraLinks, a SaaS company serving the financial community. Ms. Tracey served as IntraLinks' EVP of Human Resources from April 2006 to November 2011. She has over 20 years experience leading Human Resources teams in companies serving the financial community including positions at Bowne & Co. and IPC Information Systems.
Ms. Tracey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Manhattanville College and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University.
Wayne Pestone
Chief Regulatory Officer
Based in Washington, Mr. Pestone is responsible for FXall's regulatory program, including preparing the firm for pending market and regulatory changes arising from the implementation of the Dodd Frank Act. He will assist in delivering diverse execution mechanisms that comply with new regulations, which will help our clients succeed in an evolving market. Wayne is an experienced markets expert with a deep understanding of market structure and regulatory oversight.
Mr. Pestone joined FXall from the Boston Options Exchange (BOX) where he was Chief Legal Officer, responsible for supervising BOX's legal and compliance obligations and relationships with regulators. Prior to BOX, Wayne was with the law firm Bringham McCutchen, where he provided counsel to exchanges regarding market regulation, including rule approvals, surveillance, and compliance for equity and options trading. Prior to Bingham McCutchen, Wayne served at the SEC for seven years, where he was special counsel with the SEC's Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations.
Mr. Pestone graduated with a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1991 and a B.A. in History from Vassar College in 1988.
