Philip Weisberg, CFA

Chief Executive Officer

From its origins in June 2000, to May 2001 when the platform went live, Philip Weisberg took a concept and made it into a reality. Phil remains the driving force behind the entire business strategy for FXall - instrumental at all levels, from building and testing latest technology improvements to working with customers one on one.

Phil featured in the 2007 Institutional Investor Magazine 'Online Finance 30' for the seventh consecutive year; a ranking of executives at top financial institutions who were recognized for "Making technology make a difference." Before joining FXall, Phil was a Managing Director at LabMorgan, JP Morgan Chase & Co.'s eFinance incubator. At LabMorgan Phil worked on the development of various client targeted portal efforts. Phil joined JP Morgan Chase & Co. in 1989 and held various positions in derivative trading in New York and London before managing currency derivatives globally.

Phil received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union for Science and Art in 1989 and an MBA degree in Finance and International Business from New York University in 1998.

Mark Warms

Global Head, Marketing
General Manager, Europe

Based in London, Mark is the General Manager of FXall's European operations and is responsible for developing and implementing FXall's corporate strategy for the region.

Before joining FXall, Mark was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was responsible for business development in the Global Foreign Exchange department. Mark's accomplishments at CSFB included the development and successful launch of CSFB's FX prime brokerage business.

Prior to joining CSFB in 1994, Mark worked at Citibank as an institutional foreign exchange sales representative. Before that he worked for five years in brand marketing for Kraft General Foods.

Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in 1987 and an MBA degree in Finance and International Business from The University of Michigan in 1992.

John Cooley

Chief Financial Officer

John is responsible for finance, business development, legal and compliance and information security. As a member of the management team, John has played a key role in leading the company's development since its inception in June 2000.

Prior to joining FXall, John was HSBC's Chief Administrative Officer for Global Fixed Income, with responsibilities for planning and strategy, including e-business. Previously, he was HSBC's Managing Director and head of Debt Capital Markets and Syndicate in New York.

Before joining HSBC in 1996, John spent 13 years with J.P. Morgan where he held positions in Fixed Income Syndicate, Structured Finance, Private Placements and Investment Banking.

John received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University in 1982; and an MBA in Finance from New York University in 1987.

Mike Mendes

Chief Operating Officer

Mike is responsible for running the company's global operations and relationship management. He is also responsible for running the firm's 24 hour Client Interaction Center and built the global client on-boarding and liquidity provider integration teams.

Prior to joining FXall, Mike worked at LabMorgan, JP Morgan Chase & Co.'s eFinance incubator. At LabMorgan, Mike was instrumental in launching a number of start-ups, including MarketAxess - an electronic bond trading platform.

Mike joined JP Morgan Chase & Co. in 1980 and held several management roles at the firm's Delaware and New York locations within Financial, Operations, and Treasury Front-Office Divisions. Mike's accomplishments at JP Morgan included launching Morgan Bank (Delaware) and implementing a Liquidity Risk Management system for the Corp. Treasury Division.

Mike received a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1979 and an MBA from the Wilmington College in 1988.

Jim Kwiatkowski

Head of Sales, Americas

Jim is responsible for the distribution of FXall's products in the Americas, both directly and through partnerships with third parties.

Before joining FXall, Jim worked at electronic trading platform FutureTrade, where he led the global sales, services and marketing functions and was responsible for negotiating partnerships with third-party distributors. Prior to FutureTrade, Jim held senior management positions at several financial technology companies including Bridge, where he ran their Global Accounts program and Reuters, where he was involved in launching Reuters Matching.

Jim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science in 1986 and an MBA degree in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business in 1991.

Neill Penney

Global Head of Product Strategy

Neill is responsible for defining and implementing FXall's product strategy. Since the company's inception, Neill has helped FXall develop a product line that addresses every aspect of the deal lifecycle, with tailored solutions for customers in every market segment. Products launched under Neill's leadership include QuickConnect, Settlement Center, Treasury Center, QuickOMS and QuickFill.

Before joining FXall, Neill was a Vice President in JP Morgan's Global Markets business. Before moving into an e-commerce role in January 2000, he developed pricing and risk management analytics for the FX Options and Short Term Interest Rate Trading businesses. Neill subsequently helped to develop JP Morgan's proprietary trading platforms for Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income.

Neill graduated from the University of Oxford in 1991 with a First Class degree in Mathematics.

Asoka Markandu

General Manager, FXall Asia

Asoka has overall responsibility for FXall's operations in Asia, working closely with the Singapore and Tokyo offices to drive sales and distribution across the region. Asoka joined FXall from Reuters Asia, where he worked for 14 years in a variety of sales, marketing, and product management roles, most recently as Business Manager & Head of Sales for Reuters Transactions, Sale & Trading Division, Asia. In this role, he was responsible for managing and growing the Reuters Electronic Trading (RET) business in Asia and in leading the successful sale and implementation of a multi-bank portal at CFETS in China. Prior to this, he was posted to Mumbai, India as the Reuters Marketing Manager for South Asia with responsibility for business development, product and data management, public relations and marketing support for the region.

Before joining Reuters, Asoka worked briefly for Citibank and Andersen Consulting. Whilst at Andersen's he was posted to Indonesia for an extended period of time with responsibility for design and development of banking solutions for the retail segment. Asoka completed his post-graduate studies (MSc) at the University of Manchester, Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) on the back of a Raffles scholarship from the British Council in 1991. He did his undergraduate studies at the National University of Singapore where he achieved Honours in Economics in 1988.

Minor Huffman

Chief Technology Officer

Minor is responsible for the design, implementation and operation of FXall's leading technology platforms. This includes Accelor, the foreign exchange ECN for all professional market participants, and QuickOMS, the award-winning portfolio workflow and trading platform for all corporate treasurers and asset managers.

Prior to joining FXall, Minor was a director at Citigroup, leading the design, implementation and operation of technology for the equity options market making and order routing businesses. Before joining Citigroup, Minor held senior technology management positions at JP Morgan, where he led analytics, e-commerce and risk technology teams for the interest rate, structured finance and credit derivatives businesses and at Lehman Brothers, where he led risk and trading technology teams for the commodities and fixed income derivatives businesses.

Minor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1989, and an MBA degree in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business in 1996.
