SAS 70

FXall has received an American Institute of Certified Public Accountant's (AICPA) Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) report.

The internationally-recognized SAS 70 report examines, through an independent third-party assessment process, the adequacy of controls surrounding the FXall Trading environment.

In the course of the review, an independent auditor assessed physical and logical security measures, network access and monitoring activities, disaster recovery procedures, and new customer setup and existing customer management. Systems, processes, procedures and controls critical to the processing of transactions were also thoroughly assessed.

The SAS 70 is the industry standard for security competency for financial e-commerce websites. FXall is proud to have attained this recognition on its live trading system.

	Customer Access - The FXall trading platform can be accessed by customers over the Internet using either public or private networks. The trading system is a Java applet that can be run in any standard web browser. Customers can normally use the system without modifying firewalls or other network settings.
	Liquidity Provider Access - Liquidity Providers can connect to FXall via the provided interfaces or by using compatible solutions available from third party solution providers.
